Q: Is there a membership fee?

A: No. It’s just £12 a game WITH tea provided.

Q: What is the address for the home games?

A: THE CLUB HOUSE, Richmond Road, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW1 3BB.

Q: Do I need to bring my own tea and sandwiches?

A: No, these are provided but we suggest you bring your own water.

Q: Are toilets at the fixtures?

A: Home games have full access to toilets etc

Q: What is the match fee?

A: £12. Cash or bank transfer.

Q: Is there a membership charge?

A: No, not at the moment.

Q: How do I know if I am playing?

A: Each week we will ask for availability and select the team which is advised via email.

Q: Is there any club kit?

A: There is limited kit but do tell us in advance of what you may need. You will however need your own whites. Be also aware on artificial pitches no spikes are allowed on the wicket area.

Q: What time do I arrive at the fixture?

A: 40 minutes before the published start time.

Q: What time does the game start and finish?

A: As a guide we start at 1.00pm and finish by 7pm.

Q: What is the format of the game?

A: Normally 35 overs but sometimes 40 overs or a “Time Game”

Q: I have never played cricket before. Does this matter?

A: No problems. Come along and try the sport rest assured other members will guide you and make you feel comfortable.

Q: Are there nets to practice?

A: Yes, Nets are Tuesday at 6pm and arranged for other ad-hoc days which are advised via email.

Q: Do you pay players?

A: Strange how many times this is asked.

Other clubs do look for overseas players but for Time Team CC, no, we do not pay players. We are a social team with a desire to play competitive cricket.
